Location and Floor Plans

HGM2001 will utilise all areas of the EICC extensively throughout the conference. To make maximum use of the space as well as to offer every exhibitor excellent opportunities for interacting with participants, exhibition stands will be located in the Cromdale Hall and the Strathblane Hall. The posters, the cyber café, the lecture rooms are all closely connected making the exhibitors an integral part of the whole proceedings. Floor plans of the exhibition layout are available below:

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registration forms are available with the printed announcement information, or forms can be downloaded from here.

Following the receipt of your completed form, with payment, you will receive an Exhibitor Information Pack from Melville Beck Exhibitions, who are the official exhibition suppliers for HGM2001. The pack will include instructions for ordering services and supplies such as audiovisual, furniture, power supply, telephone/fax, freight forwarding etc.

Full supporting services, including telephone and internet connections will be available. Exhibit space includes a standard hardwall shell unit, company name, two spotlights and listing in the meeting programme book.

Exhibition Booth Rental

UK Ł1,400.00 Early Bird Payment before January 31, 2001 (3m x 2m)
UK Ł1,500.00 Standard Payment after January 21, 2001 (3m x 2m)
UK Ł 1,550.00 Early Bird Payment before January 31, 2001 (3m x 3m)
UK Ł1,650.00 Standard Payment after January 31, 2001 (3m x 3m)

The booth fee includes three exhibitor personnel registration badges per booth and one full registration for HGM2001 scientific sessions. Exhibit space will be assigned by the HUGO Secretariat and will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.
