Info for Poster Presenters

Oral Presentations: All oral presentations have now been selected, invitations sent out, and acceptances/rejections been received. If you have not been contacted, your abstract has NOT been selected for oral presentation.

Don't forget the Poster Competition sponsored by Nature Publishing Group

General information:

• Programme and Timetables

• Poster boards are 975mm (wide) by 950 mm (deep)
• Posters are attached by Velcro hook fixing. PINS or DOUBLE SIDED TAPE CANNOT BE USED. Velcro will be available on site but participants should bring their own.
• Posters 1 - 296 are in the Cromdale and 297 - 449 are on the ground floor, in the Lomond Foyer, the Moorfoot Room and the corridors.
• Posters can be put up between 15:00 - 17:00 on Thursday 19th April (except those in the Moorfoot Room which is required for the evening Reception), and anytime on Friday 20th before 13:00
• All posters need to be in place by 13.00 on 20th.
• All posters will be on display continuously throughout the meeting.

On each day of the meeting, the periods from 13.00 to 15.00 and from 17.00 to 18.30 have been specifically devoted to viewing and discussion of posters. Please note the different session times for odd and even numbered posters.

Friday April 20    13.00 - 15.00 Even numbered posters
                   17.00 - 18.30 Odd numbered posters

Saturday April 21  13.00 - 15.00 Odd numbered posters
                   17.00 - 18.30 Even numbered posters

Sunday April 22    13.00 - 15.00 Odd and Even numbered posters

If posters have to be left unattended at any time during these periods, authors are requested to leave a note on their posters indicating when they will return and be available for discussion, or where they can be contacted.
